Rakesh is Business Leader at RvaluE Group and has strong strategic leadership and execution capabilities with 14 years of experience in the Business Consulting and IT/ITeS Industry. He played vital leadership roles including Strategy Leadership, Sourcing Advisory, RFP Management, Program Management, Change Leader, Business Transformation & Excellence, Service Delivery, and Leadership Development across Finance & Accounts, Human Resource, Supply Chain & Logistics, Customer Life Cycle Management, and Information Technology functions.

Rakesh has successfully led many customized strategic initiatives such as Business process transformation, location strategy, sourcing model strategy, benchmarking etc. He championed the thought of Shared Services Forum (SSF) India and led organizing National Conclave Events. In his stints with IT arm of Escorts, Espire Infoserve, Centurion Bank of Punjab, American Express and RvaluE, he got exposure to provide services to international and domestic clients across multiple domains. At RvaluE, he has made significant contribution to projects in vision planning for globalizing shared services, identifying process consolidation opportunities for over 2500+ FTEs, preparing business case, leading process migration/ people transition and stabilization in  SSC operations.

He has worked across geographies providing transformational leadership – India, Asia Pacific, Japan, North America, Middle East, UK. He has played a pivotal role in the Pioneering Offshoring Initiative at a large (GBP 20 Bn) Global Group where as the Program Lead, he worked as the extension of the country Leadership to perform Strategic Reviews/ Business Case creation, evolving transformation/ offshoring roadmap, manage the selection of Service Partner, Project Management/ Governance, Transition Management, Change Enablement, Stakeholder Alignment/ Engagement etc. to ensure smooth cut-over from Onshore to Offshore.

Rakesh is a Certified Trainer and Program Coach for the Global Leadership Programs from USA and Canada. He is certified as an Authorized Evaluator by ITsqc of Carnegie Mellon University, USA. He combines technical and leadership skills to bring value to interactive workshops. He has designed curriculum for setting up Academy as well as Leadership development programs to multiple clients. Besides personal and interpersonal skills, he focuses on Project & Change Management, Finance & Accounting, Knowledge Management including transition, Process documentation, Business Partnership, Execution Excellence and RFP Management.

He is an invited member of Management Council of Delhi Management Association (DMA) and is actively engaged in forums to share Industry Trends in Business Services in Indian context. He has been trained for BS 7799 and in Project Management Methodology (PMP). He is a Bachelor of Information Technology and acquired business management skills from IIM Calcutta.
