WNS (Holdings) Limited, a leading provider of global Business Process Management (BPM) services, in partnership with NIIT University (NU) announced commencement of the first batch of MBA programme in Business Analytics at NU campus in Neemrana, Rajasthan. This unique, two-year work-integrated programme has been created with an innovative pedagogy and real-life business simulations to produce the finest business analytics professionals in the country. Over 5,000 candidates exhibited interest in programme. 51 students were selected after going through a stringent three-level selection process.

The first batch will attend the programme at the state-of-the-art NU campus undergoing an experiential, application based programme, followed by an internship at WNS in the second year. Upon successful completion of the programme, students will join WNS at a mid-managerial position, with an industry-leading compensation package of INR 15 lacs+. This initiative is aimed at creating a uniform industry-wide standard to develop competent job-ready youth. The programme will draw upon live case-studies and practitioner-experts from WNS to ensure the right blend of academic concepts and industry application. All students will receive a stipend of INR 10,000 per month during their classwork at NU campus and INR 50,000 per month while doing their internship at WNS.
