Dr B B L MADHUKAR is currently the Founder Director General of BRICS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY at New Delhi, and an Advocate at Supreme Court of India.
SDr MADHUKAR is a Gold Medalist both in MA (Economics) and in LL. B., in addition to a First Class degree in MA(History) and a Ph.D. He has studied Management at Henley School of Management, England, during which he did his internship at London School of Economics.
He is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers (FIE) and a Chartered Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.(CAIIB) He has held a senior position in State Bank of India before joining as a Board level Director in a premier Govt of India Company at New Delhi.
Dr MADHUKAR is also a well known Mediator and Arbitrator in commercial disputes relating to domestic and international contracts. He is a member of Supreme Court of India Bar Council and a distinguished member of International Council of Jurists (London). He held the position of Board level Director for about 19 years in a number of Govt of India enterprises, including as Chairman & Managing Director of MMTC LTD, (A Govt of India Enterprise) which is India’s biggest foreign trade Company.
Dr Madhukar has visited more than 60 countries in connection with international business and joint venture partnerships. He successfully did a project for U.N.( ESCAP).He has received THE BEST CHIEF EXECUTIVE OF THE YEAṚ Award and a “Udyog Ratan Award” too. He has deep interest in professional education and is the Hony Vice President of FORE SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT, a premier College for MBA students. He is also on the Governing Board of Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi. He was, for five years, Hony President of NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PERFORMING ARTS, a cultural body affiliated with UNESCO.
Dr MADHUKAR is an active life member of India International Centre, India Habitat Centre, Delhi Flying Club, India Islamic Cultural Centre, Noida Golf Club etc. As a sports enthusiast, he is Principal Advisor to DELHI HOCKEY.
