Partnership Opportunities

Shared Services Forum (SSF) was founded with a singular objective to create and share knowledge for excellence in Business Process Management (BPM) and Shared Services. An organization gains from joining this powerful Industry forum, if they want to stay abreast with the latest BPM adoption practices/ success stories/ metrics/ Insider's perspective, therefore enabling themselves to connect-the-dots about 'best-in-class' in Global India and create the 'best-in-context' for your organization. The forum has progressively become the Forum of Interactive Excellence in India for BPM & Shared Services, with the strategic intent, inter alia, to include the following purposes:

  • BPM & Shared Services Strategy: Help spread Shared Services adoption and Business Process Management in Indian Organizations across private/public sector, large/medium/small/rural enterprises and multiple domains/ verticals
  • Winning Practices: Enable exchange of best/ next and winning practices from practitioners and industry leaders, and adapt global practices to apply to requirements of Indian Organizations
  • Community Network: Build industry network of leaders and help nurture/develop the capabilities of leaders to become successful
  • Awards & Recognition: Honor, recognize and promote transformative strategies for Shared Services as well as Leaders who enable such transformations
  • Publications: The Industry publications by SSF are knowledge-sharing publications. These publications serve as a tool to innovate further, thus improving business efficacy.

When SSF began its journey in 2011, its objective was to enable sharing of knowledge which was resident with a few leaders of the shared services and outsourcing industry. This journey so far has been extremely successful with its focus progressively widening from Business Process Consolidation (BPC) to a more holistic Business Process Management (BPM). The participants at the SSF platforms/ events/ publications, take back not only a  myriad of experiences with regards to strategic execution of BPM, but also connections and awards that bring in ‘Culture’ and ‘Value’ to the Industry.

The Annual Shared Services & BPM Conclave has been a part of SSF’s benchmark events from 2011 onwards. The event is one of its kind in India, with a winning combination of renowned panel of speakers, and attended by leaders from across the country, followed by an extremely charged-up evening of celebrations for Excellence & Recognition Awards for Leaders & Organizations across the Globe. It has continued to enable knowledge sharing through BPM research and publications, themed interactions, and recognition of thought leaders, experts and BPM achievers & practitioners.
