Serge has grown through a non-traditional career, spanning multiple functions and countries. He has gained a wealth of business acumen through roles in B2B Sales, IT Operations mgt, FMCG Logistics and Supply Chain, Finance and People operations.
Serge moved to India to establish the AB-InBev Global Capability Center, an operation with more than 1000 professionals. The centre runs the Finance, Commercial and People operations for multiple AB-InBev Zones with an aim to transform the office to become an Intelligent Operation powered by AI/ML.
He is passionate about people management and coaching. Through his motto ' Create Your Legacy" he inspires his teams to learn, grow and deliver unseen results in every role they take.His humble but determined leadership style helped him manage several turnaround and change projects.
