Sridhar was with Hindustan Lever for 3.5 years from 1991 to 1994 Sep. He worked in Silvassa Factory for 2 years and was responsible for factory accounting. Later he worked in Corporate Planning at Mumbai for Popular detergents Group.
Sridhar joined ABB in Oct 1994 as business controller for a product group for 2 years and from 1996 onwards with Project business unit controller. From 2002 to 2007 July headed the Division controlling reporting to CFO & Division Manager. From July 2007 onwards to middle of July 2015 as Country Controller & Head of Investor Relations for ABB. Currently working as CFO & Head of Investor Relations for ABB India since July 2015.
