The Challenge of Talent

A comprehensive study undertaken by McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, throws light on some of the significant challenges faced by the senior industry leaders worldwide. Almost one-third of senior leaders cite finding talent as their most significant managerial challenge. The study predicts a shortage of talent by 2020 to be in millions.
