Bindumadhav Tikekar

Bindumadhav is a seasoned banker with nearly 30 years of work experience. He joined HDFC Bank is 1995 to set up the Cheque clearing function. Over the next few years, he established multiple lines of operations including Cash Management, Trade Finance, Capital Market and Commodities market and Treasury back-office. All these areas of operations have been recognized in the industry for their pioneering processes.

He has participated in various committees convened by the Reserve Bank and IBA. He represented the Bank on the RTGS / NEFT implementation Committee, Fraud Monitoring and Controlling Committee and the Clearing House committee.

He is currently vested with the challenging responsibility of transforming ADFC to a valuable company in the SSC space.

He enjoys listening to Classical music. He is also an active sportsman. He leads all the sports initiatives in the Bank and captains the cricket and football teams. He is married and has two daughters.
