Krishna Ramachandran

Krishna is based in Chennai in India. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Management Accountant and a Company Secretary. He is currently the Global Head of Record to Report and Robotics Process Automation at Philips in their Global finance team. Earlier he has been with Allianz for over 7 years and was the Chief financial officer of the shared services businesses in Asia and East Europe.

In addition he was also the Global head of finance offshoring business for Allianz. His experience includes, transformation, digitisation, in particular Robotics process automation and right shoring. He has handled several offshoring projects as well as over 100 RPA projects.

He has over 22 years of experience in finance, consulting, operational, controllership and tax. In his previous finance roles he has been responsible to build finance organisations and putting in place processes and policies. He has been involved in the set up of the shared service centre for a large telecom company in India.

He has also led large multi-location and multi-cultural consulting engagements. He has also worked Ernst & Young, Vodafone, KPMG, EDS and Yum International. At Ernst & Young, he has led several corporate governance reviews and was the project manager of a large (80 plus FTE) global and multiplication SOX project.

He is also a public speaker on the subject of Digitisation, Robotics Process Automation and finance transformation. He is also a visiting faculty on the subject of Corporate Governance and is also an Executive Coach. He has also been a visiting faculty in a leading business school in India on the subjects of management accounting, corporate governance, ethics and telecom.
