Start NowMukta is a senior HR professional with diversified experience in all business aspects of human resources including Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition across IT, BPO/KPO, Retail, Banking and Financial Services and EdTech and Publishing Sectors. She currently heads Human Resources for Marks and Spencer Reliance Retail in India.
She has managed high impact and strategic change management initiatives in large global organizations involving cross functional teams in a multi-cultural & matrix environment. She has successfully led initiatives focused on driving business transformation, cultural change, setting up growth and de-growth framework, strengthening people leader effectiveness, building leadership pipeline, organization design and enhancing employee engagement.
Mukta is passionate about D&I and has spearheaded critical initiatives across organizations. She launched 'Women in Retail' program to promote gender diversity across stores in Walmart India, and also led ‘Reach Out’ - a development initiative for senior women leaders at Amex in partnership with Pepsico, PwC, Microsoft, Tata Group and RB. She has also been instrumental in the launch of Pride Chapter at AmEx.
