He has led large multi-function shared service operations in F&A, IT, HR , Procurement, Admin, Customer Service etc. both in Captive and third party service roles. His experience is global, having been responsible for or carried out assignments in over 20 countries across Americas, Europe, Middle East & APAC. He has lived and worked in the UK, US, China, Japan, Singapore, UAE in addition to India.

Nalin is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt & ISO Lead auditor. He has led large transformation projects in F&A. In his journey towards Excellence in Shared Service, he has designed & developed end to end integrated Invoice to Pay process, Mailroom centralization & Document management process, Order to Cash Process, bringing in significant Process Improvement & efficiency through implementation of COE model in B2P, O2C , R2R, A2R, ICM, Treasury back-office, HR, MDM etc. He has implemented process automation tools (RPA , OCR/ ICR etc.) to drive Controllership Excellence and operating efficiency. He has led large Global scale systems implementations like Concur, SAP, Oracle Financials etc.

Nalin has strong Leadership in Managing Profit-Center P&L, Budgeting (FP&A), Project CBA and Cash flow management. He has Compliance & Controllership Expertise in Implementing Zero-Defect SLAs, SFO, KPI Governance, RBIA, CAPA, BU Scorecard, ISMS etc. His experience cuts across diverse industries such as Retail, Automotive, Energy, Ports, Medical systems, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Financial Services.
