Neha Ahluwalia

Neha is currently the GBS Head Delivery Lead-AMEA and NAM for Human Resources for ABB Global Industries and Services Pvt Ltd. Neha has a Master’s degree in Business Management in HR. She started her career with HCL and then moved to ABB. She in a short span of 10 to 12 years has handled various senior roles in HR Operations and HR Business Partnering. She was the key member in building the project of GBS (Global Business Service Centre). Which she lead with great passion and owned it up to Live it today as a reality.

A very meticulous HR professional who has good eye for details and takes every task to closure against all odds. Has the ability to build rapport with employee groups very quickly.
