Pranav Singh

Pranav is a first generation entrepreneur, with over 38 years of work experience. He rans his own organisations which is in the area Training, recruitment and Human Capital Development for the last ten years. Known, by the name and style of Skillspan, Skillspan set up in 2005 with the prime objective of addressing the skill gap in the F&A outsourcing world. The aim was to enhance the employability of fresher Commerce graduates both on understanding Accounting as a process more relevant to industry (as opposed to accounting as function) and help them on their communication and other softer issues. In the past 8 years Skillspan worked with most leading F&A BPO such as Genpact (for Training of entry level associates for Delhi/ Hyderabad) Accenture (Courseware Development for their F&A Academy) Serco (for Training of non-commerce entry level executives at Mumbai/Delhi), NIIT Uniqua (Development of courseware for their Retail F&A program). Salient BPO (HR process consulting and recruitment). Besides this Skillspan has been actively involved in developing and execution of the Finance Management program for mid management finance executives for Genpact. The other aspect that Skillspan is involved is in the placing of middle and senior management personal within the BPO industry.

An economics graduate and Post Graduate Program in Marketing Management, FMS University of Delhi Pranav joined the corporate work in the year 1980 in a, then startup company known as Hindustan Computers Ltd (Later called HCL Ltd.) Starting at the bottom of the ladder in the field IT sales and marketing Pranav rose to being the CMO in 2000 with a Singapore based IT company. In the last 25 years, Pranav has spent in the area of marketing of technology product covering the entire gambit of hardware, software and telecom software in markets both in India and overseas. He is a complete people’s person. Currently he works with Quintes Global Pvt Ltd. as their SVP Sales and Client Services.
