Reena Sharma

Reena heads the offshore operations for NHS SBS in India across two locations - Pune and Noida. She is responsible for successfully optimizing & growing the operations and front ending client engagement in India. Reena also holds the portfolio of Client Engagement Partner in two of Steria’s business communities – Government and Health. She has been with Steria for over three years. In her earlier role she used to manage F&A operations delivery for BT, O2 & LTSB from all three locations in India – Noida, Chennai & Pune , with a focus on growing the partnership with clients through excellent service delivery and continuous improvement.

Past Business Experience - Reena has an overall experience of about 23 years in managing Finance and Financial Services. She has been associated with BPO industry for over18 years in various segments of captive & third party BPOs - Card & Banking, ITES, Telecom with some of the leading Brands - AMEX, Accenture, Deutsche Bank, CSC etc.. She has handled various portfolios e.g., Delivery Operations, Transition Management, Project Management, Head of Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis, etc.. Reena is a qualified Cost Accountant (ICWAI) and a trained Black Belt in Six Sigma Methodology.
