Start NowSridharan Sankaran, Sr. Director – Product Development is with EMC Bangalore since December 2004. He leads the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) products, solutions engineering and consulting operations in the India Centre Of Excellence (COE).
Sridharan has over 36 years experience in the software industry with some of the world’s leading organizations including HP, Verifone, Oracle, Hinditron & the Department of Atomic Energy. He had various leadership, management and technical roles in his career and led/managed teams working on product engineering in content management, payment systems, middleware and software projects spanning message switching systems, networking and communication software, real time operating systems, compilers, laboratory automation and banking applications software.
He has the Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the P.S.G. College of Technology, Coimbatore, Madras University and Masters degree in Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
Sridharan is a member of the IEEE Computer Society and the IEEE Engineering Management Society.
