Chief Information Security & Technology Officer, Compass Group (United Kingdom)

Imran is the Group Chief Information Security & Technology Officer for Compass Group a 25 B£ company operating in 45 countries with over 600,000 employees.

In his role he is responsible for driving the IT security & infrastructure for the Group. In his 6 years with Compass Group, Imran has sponsored a no of key initiatives moving Compass to cloud, migrating 100,000 users to Office 365 and driving IT standardization. Recently he has taken on the additional responsibility of Information security for the group.

Prior to joining Compass Imran spent over 20 years across financial services companies - AXA & American Express. In AXA as the CEO of AXA Tech Shared Services he setup a 1000 FTE IT captive unit in Bangalore that provided IT services to AXA Globally.

Over the years he performed multiple roles including being the regional head for Asia Pacific. His last role with AXA was as the Global head of IT shared services based out of Paris.
