Nitin is currently the CEO of Welspun Transformation Services Limited. He is an experienced professional with 20+ years of expertise in accounts management, financial planning, financial management, ERP implementation, audit, and taxation, and skilled in taxation, budgeting, internal control, risk management, statutory compliances, coordination, and team management, with a proven ability in designing and implementing business solutions, managing cost accounts activities, and providing tax-related consultancy services.
Nitin is highly skilled in ERP implementation and focused on generating company advantages through professional prudence and due diligence. He is capable of handling multifarious functions and managerial activities in high-pressure.
Nitin completed his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Meerut in 1999 and later became a qualified Chartered Accountant. He then joined Delphi Automotive Systems in Delhi NCR. Afterward, he spent 12 years at CNH Industrial, holding various roles such as Commercial Controller, Payable Controller, Shared Services Controller, IT Project Manager, and handling special projects. In 2019, he joined Welspun Group as the Head of Shared Services and quickly rose to become the CEO of WTSL.
