Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 2 decades of experience in Manufacturing and Services Sector in leadership roles having built Shared Services Centre of a large global conglomerate. Vaishali is an expert in Corporate Finance, Accounting, F&A Operations and Global Payroll.
Vaishali was leading the digital transformation journey of F&A function during her stint with IT company as well as is a key contributor from MIBS side in CoE initiative of Mahindra & Mahindra and its group companies. She has conducted an assessment of finance and accounting processes across global locations and created innovative solutions for delivering the processes from Shared services centre.
Delivery from Global Shared services was optimised through process simplification, solution architecting & automation of routine as well as high end processes and system implementations. Skilled in benchmarking & streamlining financial reporting process, monitoring financial performance & process improvements.
Prior to joining MIBS she has worked with companies like L&T Infotech for 12 years and she was part of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, parent company for over 8 years.
