Koushik is the Global Finance operations manager for IKEA. He has over 20 years of local and international experience with marquee brands like IKEA, Mondelez, Tetra Pak, Honeywell and Deloitte. He is a Finance specialist with deep expertise in traditional Finance practices like Accounting, reporting, business partnering and contemporary practices like Digital Finance, RPA, Machine learning and Analytics.

Koushik has a track record of delivering large, complex programs like setting up and scaling Shared Service Centers, ERP implementations, Business continuity plans etc. He has a broad understanding of business drivers and industry best practices owing to my stints in various sectors pharma, engineering, construction, packaging & financial services.
