Com graduate with 18+ years of experience and expertise in Accounting, Financial & Management Reporting and Audits for multi-billion dollar Organizations / businesses across Manufacturing and Services industries. Strong expertise in technology led Finance transformation, Finance Shared Services set up & Operations Management and building F&A and Shared Services capabilities.

Rishabh joined Olam in its Shared Services in 2012. Currently heading the largest tower of Financial and Management Reporting in Olam Global Business Services managing a delivery team of 400+ professionals, serving 20 Business Units, 40+ Countries and multiple functions of Olam. Had diversified work experiences at PwC and Citibank prior to joining Olam.
