Ajay is the GBS Head for Indorama Ventures Ltd. He is responsible for setting up the GBS from scratch, scaling it up , demand management, change management, stakeholder management, delivering value added services and developing people to support the organization achieve its strategic objectives.
Ajay has worked with different companies and worked with teams across different cultures prior to joining Indorama which include Genpact, JP Morgan Chase, Aegis, Clariant Chemicals, Johnson Controls and AkzoNobel.
