As part of a senior leadership team with world's leading organisations e.g., AMEX, Accenture, UBS, Deutsche Bank, CSC etc., she has established a successful track record of setting up and leading offshore delivery across multiple domains, for multiple clients across the globe.

She has a well-rounded experience in leading large teams for offshore operations, heading transitions, managing BD, PreSales & Transformation initiatives with proven success in establishing scalable operations from scratch and growing to a sizable extent with complete ownership of P&L, Top line growth , client engagement and people management for large size teams.
