Rohit Kharbanda is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience across Finance Operations and Shared Services. In his current profile, he is a Senior Director with IHG Hotels & Resorts, leading the Business Development and Performance Excellence function for the India Office. He also steers the strategic initiatives in the Global Finance function for the organisation.

Rohit has a vast experience in Finance working in varied roles across diverse industries, primarily covering Accounting, Finance Governance, and Strategic initiatives. He has worked with the organisations like GE Capital, Oracle and Hewlett Packard.

Rohit is passionate about driving the strategic intent, automation, and value enabling initiatives, He brings with him a strong focus on building a customer-centric culture in the organization, and on delivering “real value” to customers at every moment of the truth.

Rohit is a CPA (Australia), Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA), and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Finance) from one of the premier institutes in India, besides being a Certified Six Sigma Green belt.
