She is part of the Key Leadership team at the Exchange. Aditi brings on board close to 20 years of Management experience in areas of business partnering, organization design and culture building, succession planning, HR strategy formulation and deployment, HR process excellence, capability development including management of strategic business transformational projects across varied industries - Services, Consulting, IT and Manufacturing space with respected brands like Tata, PwC and NIIT Ltd in multiple roles and positions. Prior to joining NCDEX, she was associated with Tata Steel as Head HR - Corporate Functions vertical for 4 years based in Mumbai.
Aditi is invited as speaker to several forums conducted by CII, NHRD, ICWA , ICAI institutes and she enjoys student interactions as guest speaker in B-schools, IIMs, IITs on a range of diverse management and contemporary topics. Her articles are regularly featured in respected magazine and journals. She periodically also writes in her professional blog.
For her rounded contribution and creative solutions approach, Aditi has been awarded several times in the organizations she has been associated with.
Aditi has been completed the Master Class for Directors from Institute of Directors, India, qualified in Executive Program in HR from IIM Kolkata, PGDBM (IIPM, New Delhi), and BSc from Calcutta Univ. She is a Certified Assessor for CII HR Excellence Awards, Certified DISC Assessor, FIRO B specialist, trained in Innovation Tools like Six Thinking Hats and other psychometric tools. Aditi had also been a former CII Western Region - Core HR Committee Member, and CII – HR Eastern Chapter. Aditi was involved as Industry Representative in NHRD CSR Project of B School Ranking Annual Survey 2017.
She pursues her philanthropic interest through volunteering programs.
