He is currently with the Aditya Birla Group having conceptualized and set up the Shared Service for India’s largest cement producer and now in the phase of transforming, expanding and creating value for business through Analytics CoE.
Set up a 650+ people shared service center, from conceptualization to realization, for the largest cement company in India. Now leading transformation, unlocking INR 150 mil value annually, building Analytics CoE, and creating new service offerings for the group.
Delivered actionable market entry strategy as part of the team for a then INR 50 mil microfinance setup to bank the unbanked, enabling impact investing. Led change management introducing budgeting and accrual processes, including conducting sessions for professors at the group’s leading engineering institution’s three campuses. Led cross-country projects for a global technology leader and delivered full life cycle implementation of two global ERPs: SAP and Oracle.
Led the Finance and Commercial function of a paint major’s associate company, delivering day-to-day accounting and commercial operations and ensuring timely audited accounts. Achieved INR 5 mil on CPs, INR 50 mil of project financing, INR 10 mil through innovative recovery of bad ICD, and introduced CM, while leading the INR 900 mil treasury function.
Working out of India, has also had brief exposure to work environments in the US, UK, AU, SG, TH, ID, PH.
