Chief Business Officer, Experience Flow

Srinivas has over 25years of global experience with reputed IT-BPO companies .He has handled roles in the areas of business development, sales, corporate strategy and operations for these companies. He has successfully built organizations from inception, grown businesses in new market environments and owned P&L responsibility in global markets including USA, Europe & India.

Srini currently, is part of the leadership team at Experience Flow (a siliconvalley AI platform company) driving strategy & business growth globally.

Earlier at Tata BSSas MD&CEOhe helped in successful merger of eNxt services & built a 30000 people strong organisation. He also transformed the company from a captive Tata group focus to a global third party service provider & doubled the revenues in four years.

In 2018, he helped in the transition of majority ownership of Tata BSS from Tata sons to Quess Corporation. He was involved in process & digital transformation initiatives in Quess group of companies,driving a tangible bottom line impact.

Prior to Tata BSS, he was the Director and Head of business operations of Steria India Ltd., a European IT solutions & services company. Earlier, he was with Satyam & handled various Sr roles focusing on P&L responsibility, sales and operations management based in California, USA.

Srini was a Mentor for Tata Elxsi & Tata Technologies for the Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) assessment helping them assess their Vision, strategy & people practices.

Active on industry forums @ At NASSCOM he was a National Council Member for the Business Process Management (BPM) Council. At FICCI he was heading the South Sub-Committeefor Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). He was the Co-chair of the CII-CSR chapter in Telangana, helping with Social impact of regional corporates.

Srini’s passion is people, and he believes that people are the biggest asset and strength for any enterprise.

Srini holds a B.E. degree in Electronics from Osmania University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Bangalore.
