Vikram is the Director of Supplier operations, globally, in Unilever. In his role, he is responsible for bringing in latest market practices across Supplier management, Sourcing, Logistics and Payments to ensure Future Fit Procurement. This is driven by a vision to deliver Best in class Supplier-User experience and Value to the Organization, through seamless integration of Category strategy, Market intelligence, Resilient Operations and Digital Transformations.
He has an overall experience of about 25 years panning across, Retail, Marine and Manufacturing industries. In his previous role in Cargill Business Services, he was heading Global Operations across Source to pay and Logistics. He is a Certified Master black belt in Lean Six-Sigma and has led Enterprise Transformations across GE and IBM.
He is a Graduate in Computer Science with an MBA in Finance, with a Purpose to ‘Explore-Experience and Excel’ across different journeys of life. His passion is Trekking and exploring new cultures. He Lives in Bangalore with his parents, wife and 2 kids, who share similar passions.
