Hemamalini heads the Global business services delivery for FLSmidth from India. She has over 27 years of experience across GBS and Outsourcing organizations like GE Capital International Services, Hewlett Packard, Accenture, DXC Technologies (former CSC), Rolls Royce.

She is a Professional Cost Accountant & Company secretary by qualification; and also a Black belt.

She has managed global teams across Procurement, Finance and HR functions. Her experience includes handling multiple integrations, transformations and System implementations. She has led Operations excellence by simplification and standardization of operations and managed multiple transitions to low-cost countries and Tier 3 cities within India.

With innovative ways of working within teams and empowering leaders, she has successfully ramped up organizations. Her passion for people has made her lead multiple Inclusion and Diversity and CSR events for the organization.

Hemamalini is passionate about Music and Alternate Therapies. She was born and brought up in Chennai; is married to Sandeep Chakravarthy for over 13 years & is blessed with Dheekshitha who is 6 years old.
