Lalitha Indrakanti

CEO, Jaguar Land Rover - Technology and Business Services India (JLR-TBSI)

Spanning 28 years, Lalitha’s professional career has centered on strategic delivery of IT services, Digital Transformations and Global Capability Centers having begun at IBM and SAP. Her industry credentials are firmly reflected in her more recent roles of Head of Global Business Operations for Ingka Group, and MD and Country Leader for Cargill Business Services (CBS) India.

In her current role at JLR TBSI, she is responsible for steering the organisation’s strategic vision across all its enterprise chapters including Engineering, IT and Supply Chain with a view to drive outcomes for business, people and culture.

Outside of her day job, Lalitha is an active member of the wider business community having been a member of the NASSCOM GCC Council, and Ex-Chairperson of NASSCOM’s Regional Council for Karnataka. No matter the forum, Lalitha is a proud, vocal and action-oriented ally of diversity, equity and inclusion. Her home-base and haven is in Bangalore with her husband and four kids (two humans, one canine and one feline).
