Sankar Narayan

Sankar Narayan is a senior executive with 30+ years of experience working for Fortune 500 organisations with expertise around strategizing and executing global business service models for large organisations. A season executive who combines strategies and executes complex strategic plans across multi geography/multicultural matrixed environment. Sankar has managed globally diverse teams and has hands-on leadership style, and significant exposure in setting up Shared Services grounds-up, developing target, operating models, building, and scaling digital operations and driving transformation across functions in multiple teams. Sankar started his career with L&T and has worked in start-ups, large captives and large service provider organisations.

Sankar is currently the India head for Smith & Nephew, global business services division, and a member on the board in the GPS entity.
