Shared Services Forum (SSF) with RvaluE Consulting as Knowledge Partner, conceptualized the 5th BPM & Shared Services Conclave. The key objectives of the Conclave were to capture and disseminate awareness/ impact of Business Process Management (BPM) by Indian Organizations through Shared Services– captive and hybrid models, spreading and recognizing adoption of BPM & Shared Services in India, fully leveraging the best practices from global shared services and off - shoring operations.
