Start NowAshley Kortals joined NHS Shared Business Services in 2006 and heads the Debt management service for NHS SBS in UK. Within this role Ashley works with both Offshore and Onshore management teams to ensure frameworks, strategy, processes and team work are all in place across both locations to drive excellent debt management services to every NHS client of the SBS family.
Critical to the success of this role has been Ashley's ability to form a unified relationship / working structure which enables a one team & continuous improvement environment and allows effective working partnerships to be developed to drive success both internally and externally in the area of debt management; A journey that continues to be delivered and evolved to this day.
He joined SBS from the RAC where Ashley previously worked within the call-out arrears collections team, Ashley came with an already detailed knowledge & experience of commercial collections procedures, and off shoring activities support. Since Joining the SBS family, Ashley has worked in various debt management roles, currently in the capacity of Collections Manager he takes on the responsibility of the delivery of a complete debt management service to over 150 NHS organizations.
