Binu John

Binu has over 25 years of experience across Manufacturing, Semiconductor, IT/ITeS and ICT industry. Her career spans across Logistics, various roles in Human Resources, such as SME in Learning and Development, HR business partner, HR Communications and in the last 5+ years she has held various leadership roles in Shared Services.

She is currently working as the Vice President of Cummins Business Services India at Pune (captive shared services for India on Finance, HR, IT, Travel) and prior to that in Ericsson, as Sr. Director, Head HR Global Shared Services Center, New Delhi. She is also the interim CIO for Cummins India for 10 months.
