Chirag Buch

Chirag has overall 30+ years of post-qualification experience and has worked in organisations like SE2, BDO India, Infosys, AXA, WNS, Sandoz etc prior to joining Mercer.

His expertise includes setting up of and running large outsourcing and captive shared service centres across India, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Asia-pacific.

He has experience in defining and executing large transformation projects in line with organisation’s long-term objectives which include process standardisation & harmonisation, LEAN implementation, use of technology, business analytics & modelling and robotics process automation.

He has worked across cultures and boundaries to lead and develop a set of leaders to deliver value for our people, customers and shareholders. He has been involved in the outsourcing/shared services industry since 1997 – pioneering the outsourcing services delivery from India.

Chirag is married to Archana who is doctor and teaching in a medical college, and they have a daughter, Pankti who is studying to be a Doctor of Ophthalmology.

His interests include reading, traveling and in his free time learning Hindustani Classical vocal singing.
