Harish Dua

Mr Dua is a Finance and Business professional with 33 years of work experience. He is a Chartered Accountant from England, a Certified Public Accountant from USA and an MBA from the University of Connecticut, USA. Mr Dua is also a Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (USA) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA-USA).

Currently, Mr Dua is acting as the Group Chief Financial Officer of the JSPL Group (USD 3 billion group), overseeing their global Finance & Accountsfunction. Earlier he headed the Group Internal Audit function at JSPL, overseeing their global Governance, Risk, and Compliance agenda. He is also the Group Ethics Officer of JSPL group.

Mr Dua has worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Pitney Bowes, Inc in the USA prior to returning to India in 1996. He then worked for PepsiCo, Bharti Airtel Ltd, SRF Ltd and Lanco in India before joining Jindal Steel & Power three years ago.

He has been active in the Internal Audit profession and served as the President of IIA Delhi Chapter for couple of years. He has also authored the course content of the Certificate Course on Enterprise Risk Management for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
