He joined Bharti Airtel in 2002, as a Young Leader. He has handled various roles – Finance Controller, (Broadband & Fixed Line division), Principal Finance Officer (Telecom Services, AP Region), National Head - Financial Reporting (Mobile/Broadband & Fixed line), National Head – Business Planning and Analysis (Broadband, Fixed Line and DTH); and has hands on experience in New Operations launch and developing new and effective teams.
As Head – Global Shared Services – India & Africa, he is responsible for accounting and governance of financial transactions of 17 countries spanning across India, Sri Lanka and 15 countries in Africa with annual transaction value of 12 Bn USD. Primarily partnering with India and Africa CFOs in simplification and automation of transactional processes to ensure on-time and first time right delivery to all the internal & external stakeholders, with focus on productivity enhancement and cost per transaction reduction.
