Kavita Mathur

An HR professional with a career spanning over 25 years covering management consulting and functional HR, Kavita possesses multi-industry experience and has worked across Asia, Middle East, Europe and Africa. With HR transformation as her core skill, she has assisted clients and organizations change, through adoption of technology, process improvement and culture transformation. Her advisory work on talent landscaping in developing economies, has facilitated clients in taking strategic business decisions related to offshoring and outsourcing.

Kavita has published several articles on related topics of performance management and skill development. She was the vice-chair of the HR committee at AMCHAM in 2019 and as a member of the HR committee influenced the inclusion of creche’ facilities, resulting in the amendment of the Maternity Act in 2017.

She is invited as a regular speaker by CII, ACCA, AMCHAM, NASSCOM. She is the Chief People & Organization Officer for Trilegal a Tier 1 law firm in India.

She holds a Post Graduate degree in Science and a Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. In 2018 she was awarded the Asia HRD Award in Vietnam for her contributions towards Organization Effectiveness.

She enjoys the outdoors and along with a passion for travelling finds time for music, yoga and reading.
