Martin Mogensen

Since joining Syngenta in 2004, Martin have held various senior finance roles, including Head of Finance APAC Region and Head of Finance Operation EMEA Region. Prior to joining Syngenta, he held various finance and M&A roles in Carlsberg Breweries.

Martin is a native of Denmark and is currently based in Basel, Switzerland.

In his current role, Martin is responsible for driving the digital finance strategy in parallel to overseeing the global finance operations center and the engagement with the functions BPO providers.

He is a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of successful broad international experience in leading global organizations. His key areas of expertise include:

• Managing finance operations including creation of operations centers, insourcing and outsourcing
• Digital finance: strategy creation, operationalization and transformation
• Business partnering: strong business acumen paired excellent analytical and strategic skills
