Start NowPramod Kumar Vaya is a qualified CA, CMA and Company Secretary. He has over 25 years of professional work experience in various domains e.g. Business strategies, Long term planning, Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Secretarial, Legal, and Commercial in various organisations of repute.
Currently, in his role as Vice President Finance and Head VEBS, he is responsible for Shared services operationally and functionally.
Pramod is highly passionate about people practices, challenging the status quo and his action oriented approach. Majority of his tenure was as Finance Controller including handling key assignments of handling Strategic planning, amalgamation, setting up green field / brown field projects and setting up Financial Shared service spread over various organisation like VE Commercial Vehicles, Murugappa Group, Tata and Birla groups.
