Start NowSri Priyank M. Kharge who has a background in Graphic Designs & Animation, is an Indian Politician and a member of the Indian National Congress from the state of Karnataka. Priyank holds the Information Technology and Bio-Technology, Science and Technology Department portfolio in the Government of Karnataka. Priyank is the youngest minister to be sworn into the Karnataka Cabinet.
As the Information Technology Minister Kharge has introduced a Start-up Booster Kit which has facilities like access to mentors, cloud credits and incubators.
Besides holding the Information Technology and Bio-Technology, Science and Technology Department portfolio, Priyank Kharge is also holds the Independent Charge of Tourism. As the Tourism minister Kharge announced a science circuit, Bengaluru Tourism Advisory Committee, Hyderabad-Karnataka Tourism Advisory Committee, the coastal circuit and the Cauvery circuit to boost Tourism in the state.
He is a member of Government of Karnataka for many important committees like Sub-Legislation Committee, Legislative House Committee – NICE, Simplification & Strengthening of Schemes and Library Committee. He is also a Hyderabad Karnataka Regional Development Board Member and a Member of University of Agricultural Sciences for Climate Parliament.
