Raghunath Mandava is the Director, Customer Experience at Bharti Airtel (India) since March 2013.

Raghu has been associated with Airtel since last 12 years. Before moving into his current role, he was the Operations Director West Hub & National Distribution for the B2C businesses.

Prior to this, he wasthe Chief Marketing Officer of the Mobile Business. He has also headed circle operations in Tamil Nadu & Rajasthan telecom circles.

An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Bengaluru, he has experience of over 25 years. Prior to Bharti Airtel, Raghu worked with Hindustan Unilever (HUL) in various roles in Sales, Marketing & Operations in the Food & Beverages businesses.

Raghu brings strong customer insights into his roles in marketing and business. He is a practitioner of Theory of Constraints and has extensive experience in Process re-engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing & Distribution. He has specific interest and considerable experience in turnaround of businesses.
