Start NowSairam leads the Global Competency Center for Sandoz based out of Hyderabad, India. In his role, Sairam is responsible for contributing to the design, delivery and growth of the center in India, driving service delivery excellence, cross-functional and divisional collaboration, business partnering, productivity and talent management.
Prior to the Sandoz spin-off, Sairam held several positions in Novartis GBS organization across commercial operations and medical affairs and worked in India, US and Latin America markets.
Sairam comes with 3 decades of industry experience and has worked with Eli Lilly & Company in sales & marketing; GlobalData, Datamonitor and Frost & Sullivan in market research and healthcare consulting. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies.
Outside of work, he has keen interest in sports, world-affairs and quizzing.
