In his current role, Sandeep is CEO with LafargeHolcim GBS. He is responsible for setting up the GBS centre from ground up and driving digital transformation for shared services.
Prior to this, he has worked as CEO with AXA Business Services (AXA Group’s GBS), setup a start-up venture and worked with Genpact and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has extensive expertise in areas of finance, investment management operations, risk management, analytics and Information systems consulting.
