Shalu is passionate about leveraging the power of process, people & technology to generate results. She believes in the collective wisdom to create meaningful experiences for people at the core of any business, work or society. As a practitioner of design thinking, she has helped clients and social entrepreneurs reimagine & innovate processes and create better experiences across finance, procurement, supply chain & HR domain. She loves to design solutions that change the way business operates, challenges status quo and make things better for all stakeholders.

As a collaborative problem solver, leading cross functional global teams, she has leveraged her deep understanding of lean, six sigma, design thinking and her love for technology to drive results and embed change across people supply chain, leadership development and performance management.

As a continuous improvement enthusiast, she has led design & execution of enterprise-wide, large scale capability development programs to build a culture of operational excellence across 100,000 employees and 5000 top leaders of Genpact and its multiple clients globally.

In her current role, Shalu is leading a Genpact wide talent supply chain transformation program that will accelerate revenue realization, tremendously reduce cost of fulfilment and significantly reimagine employee experience.
