Viraj Mehta

Viraj is Director, Global Capabilities Center at The Kraft Heinz Company, one of the largest Food FMCG companies globally. He is responsible for the startup and expansion of Kraft Heinz’s first ever Global Capability Center across the world. He is a seasoned professional with a strong track record in the Supply Chain, Business and Process transformation, currently contributing his expertise to the Kraft Heinz Company.

With a passion for innovation and a commitment to driving results, Viraj has excelled in various roles in Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing & leading Global GBS Operations, making significant contributions to the company's growth and success. Viraj is a CPIM Certified professional with an MBA from IIT Bombay. Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, Viraj led Asia external manufacturing expansion for General Mills, and led General Mills’ rapid growth across India and Middle East by starting up multiple manufacturing units in a very short span of time. Before General Mills, Viraj spent 8+ years in Procter & Gamble and did critical assignments across procurement, logistics, planning and manufacturing across Asia Pacific. Viraj takes pride in developing people and has a proven track record of building highly successful and motivated teams across his career and has led large teams across organisational boundaries delivering company objectives with highest standards of execution excellence.

Viraj is also a founding member of one of the most active Rotary Clubs in Rajkot and likes to plan and execute several programs which solve problems in society such as access to advanced healthcare, access to clean water & sanitation.
