This Workshop focuses on the individual employee with the objective of improving his/ her personal effectiveness at work. The successful contribution of an employee at the workplace depends on their ability to maintain a high level of competence resulting in confidence, by working hard and focusing on the right work. Effective time management is a critical determinant for success in the challenging "pressure cooker" environment in which we operate.
