He has over 17 years of insurance and banking experience having worked in a variety of roles ranging from operations, service, training, Quality, HR and process design.
He is currently responsible for Process design and management, Shared Services and Contact Centre Management.
Prior to ICICI Prudential, he has worked with some leading corporates such as Citigroup and Siemens. He has completed his Masters in Management Studies from the Mumbai University and is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
