Manish, Vice President, Global Business Services is currently responsible for global Procure-toPay strategy at American Express. Manish joined American Express in 1997, and in his last 17 years has held various leadership positions within American Express, as he worked across a diverse set of groups such as financial operations, finance transformation, re-engineering, migrations and technologies. Last 8 years he has been driving global transformation across Record-to-Report and Procure-to-pay processes, comprising re-engineering and redesign, centralization, ERP implementation, and decision support metrics and analytics, to deliver a consistent customer experience based on a quality and compliance framework. Prior to American Express he worked for TCS for 4 years and was an Entrepreneur, IT services, for 2 years. He has a patent accepted at the US trademarks office on Financial Reporting, is a Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma methodology, holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Canada, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from India.
