Manoj Malhotra

Manoj joined the erstwhile Thapar Group (now Avantha Group) in 2003 as Vice President- Strategy Planning and Business Development in New Initiatives and is currently the CEO- Avantha Group IT & ITeS Business. Under his leadership, Avantha Group IT & ITeS companies made a mark in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry in India and US with a niche service expertise in Healthcare, Financial and CRM business verticals.

Manoj was earlier with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) as an Associate Director for Investment Banking (Technology - IT & BPO) in India and was responsible for initiating the Technology Investment Banking Group in India and was instrumental in advising a host of IT companies in cross-border acquisition and investment opportunities in Europe and the US.

Manoj is currently serving as the President of BPO Association of India, member of NASSCOM, CII, ASSOCHAM and Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, in addition to being a member of various committees formed by the central and state-level government, and is covered by print and digital media under various CEO/ Industry Leader selections.

Manoj is Charted Accountant and Cost Account by profession.
