Prior to Vadafone he has led large scale, global deployments in Syntel, Avaya and WNS. Customer Satisfaction, Effectiveness & Efficiency have been the crux of all his Transformational projects using Lean, Six Sigma & Ideation. Value creation, Bottom-line impact & People involvement is what has made all his deployments - across business lines, successful.
